Trade accounts
There are two kinds of account.
COD account
Buy at trade prices on each quote. Pay by EFT before the goods are released, or by cash or card when you collect.

Credit account (30 days)
Buy on terms of 30 days from statement, once your account is approved.
We need
- CIPC registration
- VAT number
- Trade references
- Bank confirmation letter
- Director’s ID
- Any other documents we ask for
We reply to account applications once our credit checks are complete.

Delivery
- Gauteng
- Orders are usually delivered the next business day, by courier or our own vehicle, depending on the size and value of the order.
- Other provinces
- Sent by courier, and usually delivered within 1–2 business days, depending on the region.

Payment
- EFT
- Goods are released once your payment has cleared in our account.
- Cash or card
- Accepted when you collect.
- Credit account (30 days)
- 30 days from statement, once your account is approved.
Returns
- Goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Electrical parts can’t be returned once they have been fitted.
- Before returning anything, ask your salesperson or our sales team for a return authorisation number.
Warranty
Parts are guaranteed against defects in materials and manufacture for 6 months from the invoice date.
To make a claim
Contact your salesperson or our sales team, then return the part with:
- The invoice number
- A short description of the fault
We, or the manufacturer, inspect every claimed part. If the claim is accepted, we repair, replace or credit the part.
Not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Incorrect fitment, or use on a vehicle the part doesn’t suit
- Damage from contaminated fuel or oil
- Faults caused by other parts or the vehicle’s wiring
- Parts that have been modified, tampered with or used in motorsport
- Labour, towing and other costs arising from a failure
Parts must be fitted by a qualified technician, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
